Updated review: my family first used Silver Olas in 2013 when our residence in San Diego flooded and they came out and headed up the restoration and did a 5-star job. Now we live in French Valley and I was thrilled to see that they do tile cleaning in my area and that it was Jimmy himself who came out to do the cleaning.
I will say that the cleaning was considerably more expensive what we've paid the past two years we've had the tile cleaned ($800 vs $350 for about $850 sq ft of tile) but Jimmy and his helper did an extraordinarily thorough job.
