“After waiting more than two days for LG's Service Center to get back to me regarding ETA of their service person to replace the broken drain pump in my washing machine, I decided to call Spark Appliance/Eli late afternoon on Dec 30 to see if there was any hope of getting the repair done before the new year. Eli came the very next day, on New Year's Eve, to save the day and end the year on a good note. The price he quoted on the phone was less than what LG was going to charge and he used an LG OEM pump, not some cheap aftermarket part from Amazon. After an hour or so of work, the machine was as good as new! THANK YOU Eli for coming to our rescue and doing such a great job! I will definitely call him for any other appliance issues.“

“Rovshan repaired my Bosch washer and dryer. Washer drain pump was failing and the dryer was staining the clothes with oil. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. And very friendly. It took a week from my first call to the diagnostic visit to getting the parts and having everything fixed. Price was reasonable and got extra discount for doing multiple appliances. He tried to fix the existing pump to avoid having to pay for the new part. Highly recommended.“
