After writing my review about not hearing back from the company, the owner, Rovshan, called me within a couple of hours of the post! He apologized and assured me that Elshan would come back and he wouldn't charge me for the extra trip out. I was truly impressed with the professionalism. Elshan was out the next day and diagnosed the issue.

Roshvan's group has helped me in many ways. I have some rentals; and they definitely try to fix the problem. The last case was a week ago; our motorized sofa stopped working. We discussed the issues and the symptoms; I honestly felt the motor had lost electric connection. The repair person listened to me carefully; after awhile; he agreed with the problem. He quickly and carefully changed out the switch; making sure that it would be unlikely to break again. I was very glad to have called Your Appliance repair yet again!! -Paul

Rovshan is patient, knowledgeable, responsive, thorough and kind. He is also willing to say when a different specialist is the right choice for some plumbing needs to complete a project with the best/safest outcome. I look forward to completing projects with Your Appliance Repair in the future!!
