“Caring staff and affordable prices. I brought my senior dog with a heart condition and the staff there made me feel very comfortable that they were able to care for her appropriately.“
“Our dog Tommy developed a hematoma in his ear. This is not the first time he has had one before it was his other ear. The staff there knew what todo and what worked best for Tommy. He is now home recovering due to their expert care. Also the doctors and support staff there are wonderful too.“
“Killed my dog for me cause she was already on her way. Helped put her out of her misery and cheap. Still did a quality if life check like all others so they won't just put down just any animal if you pay. Totally trust them also great customer service ?“
“Wow! We were on the hunt for a new vet after many terrible experiences. So I came in with low expectations. I am shocked with how incredible our experience was here. First, rather than having us wait in the lobby with our dog, which would give him anxiety, when we arrived we called them and let them know we were in the parking lot, and they called us as soon as our room was ready. We were able to just walk right into our room and immediately be seen without a wait. The tech and vet were very friendly and clear about their advice. They treated our dog with respect and patience as he was clearly anxious. Our bill at the end was incredibly reasonable. They never tried to offer services for unnecessary things. The only critique, if I had to choose something, was we didn't know what the cost of the vaccines would be before they were given to our dog. But they ended up being incredibly affordable! We will 100% be back!“
“This is the best pet hospital I’ve ever been too. They truly care and are so much more affordable than any other options I’ve ever been too. My dog has epilepsy and they always have done their best for him and given him amazing treatment so far, I drive well over an hour to come to this vet office because of how superior they are.“
“I have been looking for a new vet for my dogs for a while now. We previously used Vetco and getting in there is sometimes very difficult. I called here and was able to get in right away, I'll admit I was nervous after reading the reviews but I was not disappointed. My pup is very timid and Sarah and Dr. Schrader were so patient and sweet to her. They addressed her issue and also administered the vaccine she was due for. I understood every step and the doctor was very thorough with her exam. The front office staff was friendly and accommodating. By the time we left my pup was happy and confident. I've already scheduled to bring my other dog here for his check up. Pricing was fair, similar to Vetco. I'm happy to say we have found our new veterinary office!“
“drive thru clinic on Saturdays.. discount(?)
this morning lines moved very slow... probably folks had multiple dogs, and multiple vaccines..
still better than waiting inside!!“
“My friend and I brought a stray kitten in that needed some medical help. I was absolutely amazed with the service and how kind, dedicated, and personable the vet was. Everyone treated the little kitten with so much love and did everything they could to help him. This is the place that everyone should bring their beloved pets to for care. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Perris Valley Vet Clinic!“
“Staff is always super nice and welcoming. I always feel like my fur baby is in good hands here“
“East Valley Pet Hospital is where I take my dogs, and that alone speaks volumes. I still prefer to give them shots myself. Mainly use a trained veterinarian to offer another opinion. No matter how knowledgeable you may get in any field in life, the practicing professional tends to be up-to-date with the current science, and not to be taken lightly. It’s when one thinks that they know it all and resist learning that they become stagnant. Always be excited to acquire new information to add to your knowledge…I love to be corrected by a professional. They tend to explain the connections behind the science in a concise manner and in a very short amount of time….“
“We've been a regular customer here for a couple years now. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. They're a bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. I always feel like my dog is in great hands when we come in.“
“SAVED MY DOBERMANS LIFE amazing DR JUNG is a fastastic vet
i went to Butchko who misdiagnosed the issue my Dobie needed emergency surgery to remove her infected uterus and it was preformed 2 hours later my dog is doing great , and thank you for your skills and calling me to see how she was doing this truly shows you car about what you do .“
“Love the Doctor and staff. Been going their since the early 90,s .Took care of all my animals.“
“We have been bringing our dogs and cats to the Redlands Animal Hospital for decades. The staff is caring and excellent. I can't speak more highly of them.“
“I had to take my 12 year old Chihuahua to the emergency vet on 07/21/2024 and overall I had a good experience. The facility is very nice, everything is clean and you don't feel like you are in a vet office. They did warn me upfront about the long wait (4-6 hours) but stated that I could leave and come back if I needed to, once my dog was triaged. It took about 40 minutes for someone to come and triage my dog, which was expected. From there, my dog was kept in the back to begin testing and treatment. My only concern or complaint is that once my dog was taken back for triage, I did not feel the communication was great. I heard them call a "code critical" for her which prompted the front desk to call me up for payment, before they would start any treatment. I had to pay $1100 up front, which I would have paid no matter what, but no one was able to tell me why she was "critical" and what their concerns were. From there, I probably had to wait 2-2.5 hours to talk to the vet. I did continue to ask for updates, but was told they were still waiting for the test results. When I did meet with the vet, he was very nice and professional and was able to talk me through the findings. One important factor to consider if you are needing to come here is that they do not have the capability to perform an Echocardiogram. My dog did need one and they were able to provide a list of possible places to go. My dog needed an Echocardiogram to be able to properly diagnose, but this office was able to get her stable and start some of the care she needed. Overall, it was a good experience considering why I was there. They were able to help my dog and I did not feel like I was getting ripped off by any means. My only critique would be the amount of time it took to meet with the vet and talk through their concerns and why they had requested all of the testing. I would most definitely come back if I needed to, but hopefully I don't need to.“
“At 1 am we had to make the hardest decision, as a pet owner we ever had to make. We knew it was time to take our precious dog in, because we could not let him suffer and wait until the morning for his normal vet to open. We called around and decided to go here. Everyone at this place was great. Our dog could not walk and they brought out a stretcher to wheel him in. Everything was explained to us, step by step on what would happened and we were told we could take as much time as needed to say goodbye. We were taken a beautiful room with nice decor and dim lights. It just made it seem more like home instead of a cold examination room. When they brought out our dog he was still on the stretcher but had been placed over a nice blanket and he had a blanket on him. We took our time saying our goodbyes and no one rushed us. Even the vet talked to him and reassured us for various reasons we already knew we were making the right decision. Obviously, we left heartbroken but happy that the staff was so caring. Two weeks later we received this hand written card from the staff with his name inside. It just a small little token that made our experience here a great one.“
“I love this place they're very gentle with the pets and very friendly I've never had a problem here“
