I got a great deal on a secondhand Samsung French door fridge which incidentally is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever had handsdown, but then it seemed the icemaker was only producing 6-8 icecubes per day at the height of summer! So they sent their guy out in a timely manner, he evaluated everything and told me there was a good chance a replacement icemaker might work so I agreed, it was ordered and he installed it 3-4 days later and VOILA! By the end of 6 hours it was already chockfull of ice! I'm so happy as their price was reasonable & even with this one repair cost, my fridge is still a complete score!! Thanks so much you guys!!“

“Writing this review for my Aunt and Grandmother. Before the major rains my aunt and grandma we’re looking for a company to repair/replace a skylight on their mobile home. Other companies had been either exorbitantly expensive or couldn’t come out until summer of ‘24. Kenstruction came out, gave them an estimate and was able to finish the project in a great time! My grandma raved at how polite everyone was and how the site was cleaned each day. She’s 92 and uses a walker, so you can understand how important it is for clean walking areas. I saw the end product and loved the quality of the end product. Best of all Grandma has a leak proof skylight where she can enjoy seeing the sky during the days.“

“Adam and his crew do awesome remodels. Adam first sits down with the client to go over all of the remodel details. Then drafts a plan accordingly including prices. When the remodel begins he provides a timeline which he sticks to. When the remodel is being done by his crew, he shows up on site daily to monitor the progress and accuracy of the project. After the remodel is complete he returns to the site to make any adjustments or corrections to the project. Adam responds to phone calls and text immediately. His crew shows up on time, are very pleasant and work very hard. Adam and his crew want the client to be happy with the remodel and does everything he can to make that happen. In 2023, Safeway remodeled our kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry room. In 2024, they remodeled the living room, den and 4 bedrooms. We are extremely happy with the remodels. Adam and his crew are a pleasure to work with. Adam walks you through every step of the project and assist in locating all the resources needed to complete the job. For instance, he helped us locate local companies that sell front doors, closet doors and quartz counter tops. Finding an honest and reliable contractor is stressful and you honestly never know what you will get even after meeting them. But from the first text with Mike we knew he was something special. He was immediately responsive. We interviewed 7 contractors and Mike stood out on top from the moment we met. It was clear he is trustworthy and he was straight forward. He was incredibly knowledgeable and his bid was competitive. He also offers 3D renderings without cost - as many make you pay thousands for them. From our first meeting, Mike got us his bid, 3D renderings and basic plans within 24 hrs! He and Benjamin guided us through the entire process. Mike also knows the ins and outs of the permitting process. Normally in our area it can take 4-6 weeks to get the permits alone, Mike was able to get them in under 2 weeks! When one phase was complete, Mike and Benjamin had the next phase started even if there was only an hour left in the day. It was incredible! They always cleaned up at the end of the day in both the front and back of our home. We live in an strict HOA area, and honestly, at the end of the day, you could never tell they were there. Our pool was started and finished in 6 weeks!!! The quality of work is also amazing. There were no hidden costs or surprises at all! We could not be happier and this was the easiest home project we have ever gone through and it's all because of Mike and Benjamin. They go above and beyond. He cleaned out my filter and added coolant which helped lower the temperature and he gave me good tips on how to keep the unit working properly. He has a very positive attitude and was very personable.<br><br>I also really liked that the company called me in advance to make sure I would be home, I had to take my son to physical therapy and they were able to accommodate me after. I am very thankful that my house feels cool and comfortable during this heatwave.
