Don't bother. I was a patient with the older Dr. Rheim for several years. Been trying to get a follow up with him and the front desk has not followed through. They are worthless. When I called today, I was told the younger Dr. Rheim wouldn't see me. The front desk told me it was on me. Lousy!
been going to Rheim Dermatology for years and cant say enough good things! the staff has always been so hopeful toward myself and my family. yes with the new change in one of the Drs leaving the wait time is longer but they seem to be doing their best. in my opinion Dr Joe is worth the wait!
I worked for this office for 20 years , 20 years ago and we had a great team. Dr. Johnsen and Dr James Rheim were the physicians at that time. Over the years I continued as a patient as did most of my family who they knew personally and were always treated with care and respect. That has not been the case in the last couple of years and in reading these reviews I see a number of people who have been very dissatified with the current office. The staff has been rude to me and very unhelpful. Since Dr James Rheim retired they have been especially so. Dr. Joe is a good doctor but his staff as far as I'm concerned do not represent a good face for this practice. I realize that havng his father retire ,which it was past time for that to happen, has put an added stress on the patient load. However, their lack of concern or respect for those patients who had seen Dr. James Rheim is unacceptable at best. A complete lack of helplful suggestions for those patients to find another dermatologist in the area or any concern about those patients issues. Change is never easy but in my opinion having spent 20 + years working there this change has not been a positive one for the patients who were committed to this practice for years. And going forward there definitely needs to be some major attitude adjustments or some replacement of staff.
