Had such an amazing experience for my first visit! Professionalism from start to finish. I was well informed about what to expect for my consultation prior to coming in, kindly greeted upon entry and no long wait times to be seen. Best of all, Bernadette took a whole hour to sit with me and review my multiple treatment options in regards to their many microneedling procedures. I never felt pressured to make any decisions and she even reviewed some skincare products to add to my homecare routine if I didn’t want to proceed with any treatment yet. I’m so glad I found this place! Recently moved to Monterey and was in need of a med spa. Carmen at the front desk is so friendly and helpful with everything you need.Bernadette is amazing at her work with Botox, etc. and I’m so thankful to be working with her!Highly recommend!! :)

This Medical Spa exceeded my expectations. The spa offered a quiet and pleasant ambiance, which created a relaxing environment. The staff was informed and professional, offering great advice on skincare treatments. The selection of services available was excellent, ranging from facials to laser treatments. I decided on a facial, and the results were amazing. My skin felt revitalized and invigorated. My experience was genuinely outstanding because of the attention to detail and customized care. Must-see for anyone looking for high-quality skincare services in Monterey.
