“I used Olivia's hair and makeup services for my wedding for my mom and me. I am so glad we went with her! She has a great eye for what looks good. At our trial I showed her photos of looks I liked, and told her what mood I was going. She gave really wonderful suggestions, and we came up with a beautiful look that I wouldn't have envisioned on my own, but ended up being really happy with.I found Olivia while researching Asian makeup artists in SGV. These were some of the points that set her apart from other HMUA:- I appreciated Olivia's offerings because a lot of other HMU services I found were booked as wedding day packages that were above my budget and really more than what I needed or wanted.- Olivia is thoughtful--she encouraged me to schedule my makeup trial for the day of my engagement photo shoot. I know a lot of other makeup artists charge extra for weekend trials--understandably. But it was very nice of Olivia to care and not let a good-makeup day go to waste :P - My trial and wedding days were both during a heatwave and Olivia definitely kept that in mind and made me feel reassured me that the heat wouldn't be a problem for my makeup. It stayed put and didn't melt :)Ultimately my mom and my makeup turned out beautifully--just right and not too heavy . So happy to have found Olivia!“

“I recently came here to get a hair cut and touch up on my balayage. Maria was so welcoming. As soon as you enter, you will notice the super warm and clean environment. I typically have super long thick hair, but it literally felt a pound lighter after my hair cut. Maria is also the coolest person you will meet and she is always asking you on what you think about it. She truly think about you and I definitely have my fair share of horror stories of salon. Some people will cut your hair 5 inches when you really only wanted 2 inches. Maria will show you and ensure you feel comfortable about it. She is amazing!!“
