I had a very brief interaction with Stephanie this past week. At 2 pm on a Friday, I needed to submit a notarized form in order to complete a financial transaction with a deadline of 4 pm. If I didn't make that deadline, I would have to wait a week as the agent who needed the form was going on a 7 day vacation. I found Stephanie on Yelp, gave her call, and she was able to meet with me right away. By 3 pm, I had returned the completed and notarized form back to the agent and I was good to go. Stephanie was pleasant, professional, and accomodating. She was well-prepared and it took only 15 minutes to complete the notarization. In this day and age, if you're a walk-in or have last minute emergency appointment, you're are often treated with disdain, making it clear in no uncertain terms that your problem is not their problem. Not so with Stephanie. She greeted me with a smile and was very comforting in what was a pretty stressful situation for me. Thank you, Stephanie. Whenever I need a notarization, I'm coming back to you!
I had the most amazing facial treatment with Mireille! It was so relaxing and she really tailored my facial to my skin concerns and needs (dull, dry, uneven skin). She first double cleansed my skin and did an oxygen mask. She focused on light extractions as well and used a high frequency wand. She also gave me a nice shoulder massage (which was amazing). Afterwards, she did SkinTite which is a less invasive skin-tightening treatment that uses radiofrequency. Then she finished afterwards with serum, moisturizer and SPF! My face was glowing and felt so healthy and soft afterwards. Im definitely coming back soon!

I’ve been going here for almost a year now and both nail techs have done amazing nails on me. I’ve mostly had the pleasure of working with Cody, he’s a perfectionist and I promise you will not disappoint. He’s done my nails exactly how I showed him every single time. I’ve been with many different nail techs and was never satisfied before them so I drive all the way from orange county to get my nails done cause nobody will get them done like they do.
My first time with Vicky was about 3 weeks ago and let me just say I LOVE her work! My mani is still IMMACULATE and my nails are growing super fast! I got the hard gel overlay with a hot pink color! When it comes to her color selection, she literally has EVERY color you could imagine. I think this was the best my nails have ever looked! She truly is an artist that takes pride in her work. She is by appointment only so I suggest booking in advance. It will be 4 weeks next Friday and I honestly feel like the Polish will hold up for another 2 weeks!!!!! Still going strong but I can't wait to go back!
Great place!!! They don’t hurt you here, or cut you, I met with Terri, she was very gentle and precise with cutting my cuticles, I was hurt bad before I was almost traumatized (lol) so I stopped going to nail salons but had to give it another try and Terri was amazing. Spa is super clean, restrooms are spotless and smell good and massage chairs are fancy and also the manicure sections are very well kept and clean.
Will be making this my go to spot from now on!

Great customer service experience as soonasyouwalkin. I love how these ladies take their time and not rush you out. I came to have my daughter do her nails for prom, and they didn't disappoint. Both ladies were open to our opinion, and both my daughter's nails and mine came out beautiful. I do recommend calling to set an appointment before coming in because we got lucky they weren't busy. The lady let us know it's better to make an appointment. You won't regret coming here.

Anna's Nails is definitely one of the better service nail salons in the Atlantic Square area. I would recommend it more for pedicures rather than manicures. Overall the staff here is nice and attentive.
I do want to disclose that after a few visits I have noticed that the tools used are not cleaned after each client so if you are sensitive to allergies or are very cautious of any other skin/nail issues I would go somewhere else. For me this isn't an issue so I continue to come back.

I've been getting my haircut here since high school. I usually get my haircut by Olivia who is fantastic and always understands exactly what I want. This time, I had my haircut by Michael and I am very happy with the result! He is very easy to talk to and made sure to understand what I wanted before the haircut. I've been getting my hair done by Ben for over 20 years. He's definitely a talker so be prepared. He's super friendly and hasn't failed my hairdo which is why I haven't changed hairstylist. If you show him a style, he can do it. He does get busy so I will suggest to make an appointment and it's cash only.

I went in for a facial and concerns about my saggy jowls. Mary took one look at my skin and recommended skin tightening. I did it and have been asked by several people what I did to my face I look ten years younger. Mary educated me about taking care or your skin doesn't only include sun block or moisturizers but microdermabration to remove the dead skin so that the moisture can be absorbed. The skin tightening treatment was Suttle but noticeable. I now realize how important it is to take care of your face if you want to stay young looking. She even has package to help you achieve your goals...this place is a must

My family and I had been dealing with a drain issue for over a year and a half, but Monterey Park Plumbing took care of it. On Monday, May 4th, Gerry was able to put up a price and have a crew out to us by Tuesday morning. The next day, Gerry returned to put the water tank back in place when the concrete had set, and he replaced all the fittings on my water tank because the previous business had used low-quality materials. I wish there was a way to award a company a perfect score of 10 st Monterey Park Plumbing because they are good.
Kitchen sink plugged in my dad's house in East Los Angeles. Tried everything. Made a call to Mr. Rooter and the woman (Vivian?) was so nice. She said she would have someone over in 30 minutes. ADAM arrived in 30 minutes. He was professional, give an estimate (great price) and went to work. He cleared the pipe and cleaned up after the work was done. He was so wonderful! I wish I could give ADAM more than 5 stars. You are lucky to have a hardworking young man like him work for your company. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
Mr. Drain Saver saved our toilet and got us back up and running. He arrived within an hour, replaced three parts and had everything perfect in less than 30 minutes. My wife have been going Totalcare One.for couple of weeks for old injuries and health issues. Each time she go to rehabilitation she feel more better pain stress free they have the experience to help ease the pain and feel better.
I found this place on Yelp with needing to go to a Chiro place that offered not just an adjustment but also cupping especially opening on Saturdays. Was hard for me to find at first but found my way. Located upstairs, there are a couple of rooms here. Also great about this place is that they take insurance. Filled in my first time visit papers and waited about 15 mins or so with 3-4 ahead of me. However, I didn't know there were a lot more people ahead of me already getting worked on. Definitely different than other places where it's more private. Though it didn't bother me too much. Both doctors were great. They offered a lot in adjustments, machines, massage, cupping and others. My reason for coming was due to my lower back discomfort I always have. However going to other places, I notice that it's more of just a temporary relief and this place gives you that. Reason why they recommend me coming back more often which I plan on doing so. Just hard to go every weekend but I do recommend this place as they offer a few things that may work out for you.
Honest and affordable care. The dr immediately diagnosed and treated my pup's ear infection and you could see my dog's instant relief. So grateful to have access to this local vet. Definitely recommend! (And please support small businesses!)

I've been to a lot of massage places for chronic tension in my shoulders and back due to excessive computer use and being a very tall skinny person. I've been woken up by carpal tunnel and brachial plexes neuropathies. This place have the deepest pressure (as advertised) best targeting of my neck and shoulders I've had anywhere for very reasonable prices.
Went here with the recommendation of a family member and it did not disappoint! At first I was a bit skeptical because I don't speak Chinese, but they have a menu. You just point to tell them what you want. They understand English pretty well. We got the combo back & foot massage. It comes with a hot stone process which was too hot for me, but my friends liked it. We were in the dorm style tables, all next to each other, which I liked cuz we could chat & compare services. Private rooms cost extra, I heard. Wear loose pants or shorts & a loose top. I wore a back clip bra, 1 friend had a bra letter & I had no bra. After we laid on the table, they helped us pull off our shirts & remove our bra. It's less trouble if u can go bra-less. For the foot massage, they just pushed my pants over my knees. Next time I'm wearing shorts! The actual massage was heavenly! 2 out of 3 of us fell asleep (me!). My favorite part was when my masseuse used her forearm on my back for stronger pressure, but 1 friend didn't like the extra pressure. You just have to let your masseuse know. The foot massage was also very relaxing. 1 person in our party just got a foot massage. She loved it! She said they rubbed her head & shoulders as well as her feet. She didn't have night cramps for a week after her massage! We made a reservation cuz we all wanted female masseuse. We went early afternoon weekday & it wasn't busy at all. This massage was definitely worth it & we're coming back next month. I've been holding back on reviewing them cuz they're gonna get busy, but I wanted to support them. I am so happy to find this place! My daughter had a facial paralysis for a week. Her regular doctor said there were not much to do so just wait to see if she was going to get better. We were devastated. I didn't want to "wait and see" so I found this place on Google and called the same day. They said we could just walk-in and told me the cost for the treatment (I asked) and it was nice to know how much it could cost before. The price is very reasonable. We walked in and there was no waiting. The room was filled with the aroma from the herbal tea they make all day and we found it was comforting. The doctor was kind and looked very genuine. He checked my daughter's face, pulse and tong and immediately said " Don't worry, she is going to be healed 100% within a month" . What a relief to just hear that after the Western medicine doctor said it was too late to give their treatment! Now she has been getting the acupuncture sessions several times and taking the personalized herbal tea over a week, she is almost healed completely! The acupuncturist is a sweet lady. She is very gentle, knowledgeable and quick so my daughter feels comfortable. She even played relaxing music to ease off the tension my daughter had since it was her first experience with acupuncture. The office is very small but they have the biggest hearts so I am leaving the review here so more people can find this place.
