Customer service is solid. I called to ask if they could sew a button that popped off on my cashmere trousers. I was able to get it done within 5 minutes. The button was sewed on securely-- more so than when I actually bought the pants! Cesar the tailor was great. He knows his craft and the quality is great. Definitely glad to have found a local tailor in Monterey Park.
The quality has been so consistent here. And the prices are well below market average. I've been here dozens of times over the years and use them as a gold standard every time I've lived in another state or city and was forced to go somewhere else. They really are passionate about good work and do a lot with what they have.
The best tailor shop around. Liz and Cesar are great. I've been using there service for years. They've tailored all types clothes and work uniform gear for me. Cesar does an outstanding job. Highly recommended.
