“Thank you for your amazing service I took my 7 year old daughter to get relief from a fall she previously had thank you for being so sweet gentle to my daughter her back feels way better. Also thank you for your many years of service that you have provided to me and the rest of my family“
“I initially came to LPI with a lot of pain, and was getting ready to give up running and playing basketball forever. LPI was able to identify and address the root cause of everything, and got me back to running and basketball pain-free. I feel like I just got 15 years of my physical body/active life back. I hope this helps anyone in pain understand there is help for them out there as well.“
“Jordan helped me with some issues surrounding shoulder pain that stemmed from lifting heavy. Very organized, on time, and helpful. Showed me why I was experiencing pain and gave me a series of stretches / exercises to help alleviate pain going forward (which worked).“
“After my car accident I had multiple herniated discs resulting in severe pain from my neck down to my fingers. I was not able to sleep on my right side and I was barley able to hold a cup of coffee. Maddie was incredible and adjusted our therapy as I began to improve. After 6 months I was better than ever. I can't thank Maddie and her wonderful staff enough for their support during this trying time. Now I just have to find another injury for her to repair;)“
“HealthFit is great. Treatment is expensive, but you get what you pay for. Care is very comprehensive, personalized, and curated to your specific issues. I had residual neck pain/restriction that I felt daily after completing all recommended treatments with a previous chiropractor a year prior. Dr. Daphne helped reduce the neck pain to minimum in a few sessions and taught exercises to maintain mobility. However, treatment isn't always smooth. After almost completing the neck program, I got into a minor car accident that led to months of back pain with difficulty in long periods of sitting or walking/bending with increased movement at work daily. I entrusted care in HealthFit again. I grew frustrated with all the post accident limitations on daily life and feared its lasting effects. Dr. Daphne was attentive and patient through it all. She diagnosed the issues, figured out what worked, and didn't work through the program. Physical therapy requires a lot of patience, time, and effort, but I can finally walk and function close to normal again. I am truly appreciative and grateful of Dr. Daphne for her care through the tough time. The front desk staff (Al, Feliza, and Hailey) are always friendly and communicative as well.“
“I highly recommend coming to Monty if you are having pains, especially chronic pain. Upon first visit, he'll ask for details as to why you're going to see him and from there lets you know what areas he will target first. He'll go over those areas by warming you up first and then gets down to the nitty gritty. It is by no means a relaxing massage, this is a massage because you need help. I had a history of horse riding accidents, along with stress from life/work, stress on my body from climbing, and just sheer neglect, I developed a lot of tightness in my body that I felt unbearable pain for years. I went to the typical massage places, I saw two different acupuncturists and none were able to help the pain I felt. After one visit with Monty, and spending a few days feeling sore, I was able to feel relief that I had never felt before. I went in a total of 3 times, and can honestly say that the pains I felt before are gone. Occasionally, they'll come back, but he showed me how to target specific areas with a lacrosse ball and told me to foam roll, which I do now and am able to find relief on my own. I know that whenever I find myself unable to help my own body, that Monty will be the first one I'll reach out to. My fiance also goes to him and has found so much relief from all of his sports injuries.“
“I’ve posted about how great Dr. Richard Cheung is on Yelp, but I thought I’d share my thoughts here, too. I’ve been to quite a few Chiropractors over the years, ranging from a few in NYC to several in Los Angeles, Atlanta and Hawaii. Some have been ok, some have been terrible and a few have been great. I am here to tell you Dr. Cheung is the best of the best in my experience. I go to him for regular maintenance adjustments most of the time, but when I’ve had the occasional really out of whack back or neck vertebrae, Dr. Cheung consistently has been able to alleviate any pain I might be in, and correct the issue immediately. He’s simply amazing and very gifted. Trust me, you won’t find a better Chiropractor anywhere.“
“I don’t know where to begin, Dr Danielle is beyond amazing!! I had no idea that pelvic floor physical therapy can benefit and help anyone (no you don’t need to be pregnant or postpartum!) I have dealt with many years of lower back pain, constipation, endometriosis, and vulvodynia, and I finally found someone who has helped me through it all and more.. Dr Danielle. I went in with small hope since previous physical therapy, chiropractic sessions, and doctor visits had been very little help and only provided temporary relief. However, Dr Danielle has changed my life! She has helped me in every area I addressed and even helped me uncover a root cause that my body was dealing with. Ever since the first day I met her, she provided a comfortable environment and genuinely wanted to help me. In every single appointment, she goes above and beyond. If you want someone who will truly listen to your concerns and genuinely want to help you, Dr Danielle is the person to go to! I’m extremely grateful to have found Feminocentric, thank you Dr. Linda for providing such a helpful and welcoming environment (and for having the best of the best, Dr. Danielle)“
“I suffered a bad break and dislocation in my right ankle about 25 years ago. For a long time, it was okay, but as I got into my 40s, arthritis really started to set in. It got to the point in the past few years that I could barely walk a mile (running was out of the question) without limping and/or having deep discomfort. A surgeon I consulted with recommended I do physical therapy, but I was dubious that it would have any real effect. However, working with Dr. Ko helped me regain both mobility and some added durability. I don't think running marathons is in my near future (not that it ever really was), but I have been able to really improve my day-to-day life, and the instances where my ankle feels extremely weakened or painful have grown fewer and farther between. As the parent of a four-year-old, and an active person as well, this has been a real boon.Add to all this the fact that Dr. Ko has a great disposition, as does the office staff, and it really made for an incredibly positive experience working with them. I highly recommend their services!“
“This place is one of the best therapy plays I've ever been the people are are really nice in there and they help you a lot especially my therapist she was the one of best therapist I have ever had here name is Beaunca“
“I completed 24 AidsLifeCycle ride, a 550 7-day bike ride from San Fran to Los Angeles and developed more serious hip and neck pain as I trained for my 25th June 2024 ride. From an X-Ray, a medical provider recommended that I stop my long distance cycling to avoid future hip surgeries. I was devastated. A 2nd opinion with Sports Medicine disagreed discontinuing my long distance cycling but recommended a bike fit and physical therapy. Fortunately, Ari Baquet was highly recommended as a bike fitter by my bike store. With only two months before my 25th ALC bike ride I thought "What do I have to lose." After working with Ari, I refer to him as, "A human MRI." He's amazing. He did a thorough evaluation, reviewing records, physically examining my body posture both on and off the bike. He's collaborative and gave me his full attention. For two months, I followed all physical therapy exercises. Before Ari, I was hoping to at least complete half of ALC's daily miles. From his help, I not only completed all 550 miles with less physical pain but I broke my personal times records in comparison when I rode my first San Fran to LA ride when I was 45 (I'm now 70 years old!). I'm grateful. He's busy and worth the wait because he's so good. He really loves what he does and as I said, he's A Human MRI in figuring out what, where and how changes are needed.“

“Don't bother going anywhere else. This is the BEST place for Physical Therapy. From therapists to office staff, they give the highest level of professional, personal and effective care. The environment is upbeat and friendly. I recently had shoulder surgery; my team in the Glendale center, headed up by the amazing Armand, DPT. with Josue and Hunter assisting was the highest quality. My team was incredibly knowledgable, encouraging, and supportive, and healed me in record time. Unlike some other companies, at Aspire your PT is responsible for your case from start to finish; they are there with you hands-on every session. Elizabeth in the office is quickly available to handle scheduling issues and fantastic at fitting everyone in, which is a really big deal when you're hurting and needing care. Also, Aspire has several venues.... our son went to the LaCanada office after knee surgery; their hands-on manipulation, exercises and guidance made a difference with each session. Honestly, we've been given referrals to other PT companies because they are "in-system". We give them a try but after 2 or 3 sessions of big-medicine, impersonal factory treatment, where we leave the office hurting as much as when we went in, we're back at Aspire for their personal, knowledgable and professional care. Simply the best.“
“I go to Mel for two major practices: Craniosacral therapy private sessions, as well as strength and flexibility group sessions weekly. Both experiences have been truly phenomenal. My body speaks to me, and every time I walk out of her studio, I feel strong from inside out. Craniosacral is a hidden gem kind of a therapy and unless one does it, there is no way that it can be verbally explained. I highly highly recommend Kenzen Shiatsu. Just being next to Mel is therapeutic, and her healing hands and therapy are the magic gift that one's body intakes. Don't wait, go to her and you'll feel the difference.“
“I appreciate the services I've been receiving from Aldana Chiropractic. I've tried both Chiro and Accu services so far, and I'm definitely experiencing physical relief. I had previously sought medical attention from 5 different Physicians looking for answers for my symptoms. It appears my symptoms are pretty rare, so the doctors didn't know what to do, and suggested a "wait and see" approach. I'm glad I found Aldana Chiropractic because not only do I feel seen and heard, but they've been adopting a Whole Body approach to address my condition. I enjoy that they explain/break down information in terms that I understand. Also the front desk staff is very communicative and welcoming since the very beginning! Definitely recommend this practice.“
“It’s a amazing place clean and helpful and Sandy she very nice and amazing and very helpful“
“AIM Physical Therapy is not like most P.T. providers. When you go to AIM for treatment you are going to get one hour of undivided attention from Dr. Justin Chuck, including diagnosis, hands-on therapy, exercise, stretching, and mobility work. The business model of every P.T. I have ever been to involves a limited amount of actual attention from the licensed therapist, then a longer period of exercise, stretches, etc, working with the therapist's assistant or assistants. This allows the therapist to see several patients an hour while having a lot, or usually, the majority of the actual work done by lower-paid assistants working under the therapist's supervision. Not Justin. As I said, he will work with you personally for the entire appointment. He was able to make progress in 2 visits on a shoulder condition that had steadily worsened. for a couple of years. I had previously seen a physician and two different P.T.'s, with not only no improvement, but steady worsening of the condition. I am finally feeling like I am seeing someone who is going to restore some real function to my shoulder, and if I develop any other condition, he is the first person I plan to see. I couldn't recommend him more sincerely.“
“The staff were friendly and super efficient and Dr. Schwartz was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend.“
“Alexa at PHRC Pasadena is wonderful. I can’t recommend her or this place enough! I was able to meet my goals fairly quickly, all thanks to her help and a thorough home exercise plan. Five stars!“
“Since I have been coming here for my back, I have noticed that I am able to move a little easier without as much pain as before. I really enjoy these little workouts. The staff here is really nice and professional.“
“I came to Dr. Loc with severe back pain and sciatica on my left side. I had been doing chiro, physical therapy, and acupuncture for 3 months with no results. The MRI showed a disc extrusion so the orthopedic surgeons did a steroid injection and again, no results.I went to Loc and he put me in new shoes right away. Such a "small" thing reduced my pain by ~30%, which after seeing no results for so long felt like a miracle. Then over the course of 4 months (1 visit every 2 weeks) he gave me exercises that slowly but surely brought my pain down to 0-1/10. The exercises didn't always make sense to me, but they worked, and I now have them in my toolkit if things ever start to flare up again. It was truly transformational. Before the back pain started my husband and I wanted to have a baby. Once the pain started we had to stop trying because I couldn't imagine what the added weight and delivery would do to my body. After going to Loc for 2 months, we decided to start trying again because I was feeling so much better and I'm now happy to be 6 months pregnant with no issues.Sessions are expensive, but for me it was worth it to get my life back. I was also paying close to the same amount when I added up more frequent Chiro, PT, and acupuncture copays. My PPO also did reimburse me ~$90 per session, which helped somewhat.“
“They excel in what they do. The office has a very inviting vibes and the equipment is the best. Saya is very professional and knows what he is doing.“
“I had an amazing cupping session with therpaist Jeanine Kim. This heat treatment with the glass bowls and heated stones were exactly what I needed to unblock my energy flows and get me clear-headed. The bonus was Jeanine explaining the whole process in a calm and soothing voice as she applied the treatment with her healing hands. The Vitality Center's ambience is also super clean, organized and very calming. There's convenient parking in the back lot. The whole experience was not stressful, comforting and healing. I highly recommend Jeanine!“
“Had severe back pain and she was able to diagnose and treat it very efficiently! She was also very thorough in her exam. I highly recommend!“
“Diana and her team will help you meet your goals and tailor a plan to meet your specific needs. So happy to have found this gem of a place!“
