“We had a floor cleaning machine that knocked out power on 3 lines. I originally called Express Electric but they didn't really know what the problem was. He said he wanted to rejuvenate the panel and search for shorts in the lines. I asked why would I pay for both? Wouldn't it be one or the other? He asked for $5700!!!I called around for a second opinion when I found Avila Electric. Jesse was very friendly and sounded knowledgeable on the phone.He came out and found there was nothing wrong with our panel. Then he found another sub panel I had forgotten. “I called today looking for someone to check the outlet for my forced air unit. Frank answered and was at my home within hours. While troubleshooting the issue he also found several other areas of old/bad wiring that no other electrician who has worked in that space pointed out. He is excellent at what he does and wasn't going to stop until he found the problem. I have an old house with electrical that most have thrown their hands up at, wished us luck or quoted us for a significant re-wiring. Not Frank.
