Called Jose Luis.He came in a timely manner, thoroughly investigated the problem, got down to work, and within a couple of hours had me up and running again. Then when the electricity went out again, about a week later, he worked with me and my solar panel company to find the issue. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, his kindness, and he cleans up after himself! Highly recommend. He is on my speed dial!“

“Luis Ramirez is the best! He and his team replaced my electric panel. Luis clearly explained what needed to be done and why. He and his team were prompt, thorough, polite and most importantly on time. The price was reasonable. When they were finished they cleaned up and as Luis promised left no traces of having been here except for the new panel. They also replaced a light switch for free in my bathroom ! Luis goes above and beyond for his customers. While I was very pleased with their work, a more recent incident is what prompted me to write this review. My smoke detector which is hard wired was beeping and continued to beep after replacing the battery. I called Luis for advice. He told me what to do but it still kept beeping. I called him again and he told me to remove all my detectors and the batteries because it was probably another detector. This didn't work either. He kept asking if I had any other detectors including a carbon monoxide detector. I insisted we didn't. He had a very busy schedule but wanted to help me out so he offered to come BEFORE work to see what was going on. I must have called him five times and each time he was kind , patient and really wanted to help. In fact he told me each time to call him back if I couldn't get it to stop. Well finally I remembered I had one person more carbon monoxide detector which was buried on a bookcase near the offending smoke detector. It had fallen off the wall and I completely forgot it was there. It was beeping its little heart out! I Immediately called Luis and we had a good laugh. Having a responsive electrician is so important. I have 100% confidence in Luis and recommend him and his team wholeheartedly.“

“I've been using Bryden Electrical for over 12 years, since I moved into my condo. Found them on a random Google search when I first bought my place. Brian Cohen, the owner, the person that has always answered my requests for estimates, and his team did a lot of work initially when I moved in, and then thereafter when small things needed repairing, and in some cases, not so small. Recently, he added recessed lighting to my master bathroom and upgraded the wall switches to dimmers.Not long after I moved into my condo, I texted his cell since I had it from a previous job. It was on a Sunday, the day before Memorial Day, so I didn't expect him to reply so promptly. I explained that I noticed a flickering and crackling sound in a ceiling light in the hall bathroom, and I was obviously concerned, but especially because I had guests coming in from out of town with in a few days. I hoped he could come by and address that crackling light since I didn't want any emergencies or problems while I had guests in town. He offered to come the next day, on Memorial Day to fix the problem. I was astonished since a lot of people won't work on holiday. He was happy to come by. As long as I was going to have him over, I asked if he could add a few more minor switches and conduits, and he said 'sure', so he brought a guy with him to ensure it was done promptly. I did not expect someone to come on a legal holiday to get a job done when I had a time crunch because of guests coming soon. On the recent job, I was really happy because I asked for the original quote which he emailed me, but of course, the morning of the job, I decided to upgrade it a little bit. They didn't bat an eyelash. They went to the store, got what they needed to upgrade the job, and did the same, professional, clean, finished job that I've come to expect from Bryden Electrical. They're not the least expensive, and I wouldn't expect them to be for the level of work they do, and the fact that I can consistently rely on them to get my work done as promised.“

“David was VERY responsive to my inquiry via Yelp for a porch light fixture installation that potentially included an issue with the existing wall switch. He was able to send his technician, Gabe, out the same day and within the one-hour window he promised. Gabe was very professional, friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He had to go up into the attic crawlspace to see what wiring had been done years ago that was affecting the existing switch and fixture. He offered two solutions (much appreciated) and I chose to go with the simpler, straighforward approach. After a quick run to Home Depot to get a necessary part, my outdated fixture was gone and the new porch fixture was up and working.
