“Amazing. Have been to other places but this place top notch. First off brand new washing stations. The soap and everything is all in one with the machine. They give yoy plenty of time. The station is easy for my 180+ lbs pup to get into and its large so he isnt squished in the tub. The people are super friendly and its a great price point. I have 3 big dogs and they dont discriminate against my 3 pups being big. This is now my #1 preferred go to place for washing my pups.“

“Elizabeth did an incredible job transforming my dog Shadow and making her coat look shiny and healthy! She looks like a brand new dog. On top of that, she made sure to handle Shadow safely (she has hip dysplasia) to keep her comfortable and pain free, which is so important with any animals with chronic health issues. Will definitely be having Elizabeth come in the future whenever we need grooming.“

“I have been taking my baby here for 2 months now. He is a very shy dog, but I am thrilled with how much he loves to come here.I have been taking advantage of the many services providing, daycare, training and grooming.Junior is patients and helpful in the group trainings: though I have a challenging pet, he provides specific tips to help me try and help my dog.My pup got his first hair cut this week and the groomer being able to cut his hair/ears/bum hair/between his toes is nothing short or a miracle. My did is skittish and squirmy so I have no idea how he even accomplished that.I can't say enough positive things about how friendly, communicative and accommodating all the staff is.Special Shout out to Junior (training) Chris (grooming) and Ricardo (I think that's his name; the longer haired attendant) he is my baby's favorite.I appreciate everyone patience with my sensitive guy. I hope one day he can participate in pictures when he is not too scared. LolChicharrón loves his Dogtopia Family.“

The owner handled this matter responsibly, and fairly . She acted promptly; contacted me and explained what happened she then offered to pay for his vet expenses. “Before I had gone to Pet So Fresh I had taken my small dog in to the nearest groomer and was severely disappointed at the 30 minute turn around time. My little shih tzu came out looking just as funky as she had gone in looking. 30 minutes is not enough time to groom a dog!! Therefore, I looked on Yelp and found Pet So Fresh Grooming. The girl at the counter was so nice and explained exactly what my dog was going to get done which was basically the works. I left my dog and about 3 hours later my little Gypsy came out looking awesome. SHE WAS SUPER SOFT and smelled soooo good. They did a great trim on her and she looked so cute. I paid a little more than I normally do, but it was worth it. I Will definitely be bringing my dog back. Highly recommend this groomer.“

“I’m speechless, they did such an amazing job at this groomer! I highly recommend this place. I just rescued a little guy and he didn’t come from a safe environment so he is timid and will nip, so he wasn’t the friendliest little dude and Sabrina and her team handled him with an amazing care!! I am really grateful for Sabrina and her teammates. They are amazing and truly are transparent and sweet about the entire process. They took the situation head on and was easily able to make me feel like they got it all under control which allowed me to feel relief because I was worried he would nip. Also he smells great!!!Again I highly recommend the fetch package. Thank you so much !!!! ? Also Sabrina was honest about what made him anxious and what did not, so I really appreciate the transparency and now I know he is not a fan of the buzzer and vacuum. Look at his before and after picture, he looked feral before ?“
