Groomer Nicole is a fantastic groomer & most importantly she treats my kitties with so much patience & kindness. Nicole is the groomer for my 3 cats. I've been coming to the Arcadia location for years. The staff is always friendly and greet me with a smile each time. It's a very welcoming environment. I would highly recommend this location.
I took my very shy, large, pure white, furry, matted cat to be groomed and bathed. The first time, last year, he was too upset for Natasha to finish the job but the 2nd time, just now, her gentle manner won him over and he came home all clean with no mats and looking very spiffy. I highly recommend FurTown for cat grooming. I am going to set up a schedule of regular grooming for him.
I love having my dog groomed here! Everyone has been so kind and patient. There’s always availability as well. My dog also comes out smelling so clean and happy. Thank you!I would post more pictures of his groom but he was just too energetic after picking him up lol
