Great place to buy supplies for plumbing. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to order the item needed to the store, so I didn't have to drive around to another one of their store locations. Went in later for another item and they didn't have in stock, but Mike was great he referred me to another location nearby that was able to help me with the item needed. Definitely good prices and I feel like I am getting the supplies I need with expert advice unlike the other nearby box stores.

They are the best. I went in looking for help on a bathroom sink problem, after striking out at Lowe's. They walked me through the fix, came up with the parts I needed, even thanked me for my military service in Vietnam.

They helped my with a warranty exchange for a tankless water heater. Their competitors were either unwilling or unable to. Although Hirsch quoted me a nominal fee over the phone, they waived the charges and even loaded the equipment while I filled out the paperwork.
