“Ryan has done a lot of work for me in the last couple of years. We have been very pleased with his work. A few highlights...

1. A+ opinions. He would actively push back when he thought one of my ideas was bad. Sometimes that meant more work for him, sometimes that meant less. But he would only push back when it was truly not a good idea, structurally or procedurally.

2. A+ attention to detail - he and his team have excellent attention to detail. In the past, in any major work I've had done, I had to do most of the hard thinking. But with Ryan, he came up with many of the good creative solutions to technical problems that inevitably arise. This reduced a lot of mental load I would have had to bear in prior jobs.

3. A+ involvement. He is not a hands off general contractor. Many pieces of the work that his team did, he was working right along with them.

4. A+ Honesty - he is not the least expensive option, but also not the most expensive. But most importantly, he is absolutely transparent. He stays very close to his original bid. Most of the changes in my bid was because if changes I requested.

5. B+ vendor quality. The only feedback I would give him is - if he has any control on the matter, to get better vendors. Ditch the appliance guy in Millbrae and the original flooring company. On the other had, we had great experiences with the countertop company, the fixtures company, and his subcontractors were all excellent - plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.

I would hire him again for projects. Now that all the work is done, I kinda miss my banter with him.“

Ricardo was great with explaining the program process and the options available for our house. The project was completed on time, as scheduled and to our satisfaction. “I had a total kitchen remodel with Turnerbuilt in 2014. Bruce Turner was great! He listened to all my questions and improved what I had wanted. While I was away for 1 month. Bruce took pictures of my kitchens progress! His crew was friendly and cleaned up every day. My kitchen turned out beautiful!!! 2 years later in 2016 we contacted Bruce again for a living room remodel. We had our fireplace replaced, carpets and paint. The living room is beautiful and the fireplace is gorgeous! Bruce is always available for questions after his work is completed. In the future we plan on using Bruce for our bathroom remodels.“

“DB Electric has been so valuable to us even beyond the excellent electrician-ing!! We hired Dave as an acquaintance, and now he's our go-to guy! He upgraded service out to our garage and installed an electric car charger, he added another outlet under the sink for an instant hot water dispenser, and he installed boxes to supply our A/C units and driveway gate (which work great!).
