RSL Structural Inc. were extremely professional with our earthquake brace and bolt project at our house. Ricardo was great with explaining the program process and the options available for our house. The project was completed on time, as scheduled and to our satisfaction. RSL Structural Inc. was very prompt with all communications. They also dealt with the city for the permit and final inspection. I would highly recommend their services.

I was awarded the Earthquake Brace & Bolt (EB&B) grant for up to $3,000 for a seismic retrofit. I own a 1950's home with a crawl space style foundation running around the perimeter of the house with traditional wood stick framing.During the EB&B grant process, you must select an approved contractor. As part of the search process, I found Ricardo Lima from RSL Structural.He came over to the home to do an estimate, and took detailed notes and photos of the crawl space foundation.
