The Professional Physical Therapy

I had a back problem recently and was referred to Professional Physical Therapy in Mission Viejo. I had 10 sessions there, nine of which were all PT. My therapist was Karen Avramidis and because of her knowledge and expertise my back issue improved to the point where I can now manage my pain at home. She provided me with an exercise regimen that serves as the foundation for living pretty much pain free. I strongly recommend her and her team of support staff!!

I was contacted by this office 4 days prior to knee surgery and told I needed to come here for pre-op physical therapy. I was told my Doctor required it. They made it sound like I wouldn't be allowed to get the surgery if I didn't go. I went and spent 20 minutes talking to a physical therapist. They made 6 charges to my insurance for a total paid of $155.00. I got a bill for a $35.00 co-pay on top of what insurance already paid them for a 20 minute consult.

Horrible!!! Do NOT visit this place at all. Service is so poor, the therapist is novice …my pain, in fact got aggregated after the first session, I should have never gone to this place at all .
