Found this nail bar from Yelp and wanted to share some of my experience today!I made an appointment for 2:30pm and was able to be seated right away. There were a lot of people already here on Friday, so you might want to make a reservation if you decide to come by. Katie, the lady at the front was so kind and helped me pick out the perfect shade from a picture I found on Google of what I wanted. She also checked in with me throughout my visit to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself. I found this nail bar through an influencer on Instagram and I loved the design she got since it was in line with my aesthetics. During my initial visit in July, I got a regular gel mani and pedicure. That's when I met Hannah, who was absolutely professional from beginning to end. She listened to what I wanted and designed my nails to the tee. She took her time and they came out beautifully. I have been going to Pink Polly since then and Hannah is my go to technician. I am updating my previous review as they have kindly decided to redo my nails and have done a fantastic job with the flexibility in scheduling and fixing up my nails. Customer Service: 5/5, they were flexible with rescheduling the appointment and covering a new set as my first set didn't work out.Ambience: 5/5 as I said last time, it's a cute place and a perk is they play cooking shows on Netflix which keep me entertained.Cleanliness: 5/5, they always have a nice and clean area for nails.They have plenty of options for other services, but my main review is for nails! I'm happy to update my review after giving this place a second chance. Thanks for the great service.
