The front desk has always been very accommodating to me even when I’m a few minutes late or if I miss one day. They will do everything they can to get me in for an appointment. i’ve had nothing but good experience with the nurses and the doctors.
My wife fell leaving my grandson's home Thanksgivingevening in Aliso Viejo, rushed her to Urgent care in Mission Viejo Kaiser, received great care, we where then sent to the Kaiser Hospital emergency room for Cat Scan, in Irvine They were also providing great care, test, etc. UNUSUAL IN TODAY'S MEDICAL HANDLING NEEDS.
Dr Thuy Le is the best Dr I have ever had. Her staff is top notch, the lab is quick and the girl that drew my blood was very calming. The pharmacy is always a quick process as well as checking in.
