Date of visit: 2/17/24 time of visit: 12:45 pm THANK YOU to Kaiser Mission Viejo for making a physically uncomfortable day into an emotionally pleasant experience. In the morning, I called and had a phone consultation. I was told to go have some labs and pick up a prescription, So I got in my car and drove over - fully expecting a long day of grouchy people. But I walked up to check-in and was greeted with a big, kind smile. The super-nice efficient lady made check-in a breeze. As I walked past the security guard (on my way to pharmacy) he waved and smiled at me. At the pharmacy check-in, the gentleman behind the counter welcomed me with a smile and said, "we'll take care of this for you!" While I waited for my prescription, I walked over to the lab to take care of that. I only waited one minute. The lovely lady in lab station 2 was gentle and kind. I didn't even notice when the needle went into my arm! After that was over, I walked back over to pharmacy and a different gentleman greeted me with a big smile and gave me my prescription. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes - and I left with a smile! Soon after, my prescription started working and I felt better too. Great job, Kaiser. Thank you!

This review is for a specific person: Alan CROWE He works in the pharmacy. His customer service was OUTSTANDING. I drove my mom to Kaiser Permanente to get her heart medication refilled. We waited in the check out line until it was our turn. Alan not only filled our order but helped us to save money. He was polite. He was friendly. He was professional. Felt like he doesn't "just" do his job but genuinely wants to save moms and little old ladies money. He give pharmacy techs a good name.

We are big Kaiser fans! The facilities are always very well run! Employees go out of their way to make the best decisions for the patrons. Everything is clean and the processes are smooth for navigating through the system. Today I visited Ophthalmology and was well taken care of to the point t the nurse even helped schedule me to see the optometry department right away today to get my prescription for new glasses. I then was able to take my prescription to the eye glass department and pick out a new pair of glasses and was fitted and the glasses ordered. I love Kaiser, they always take amazing care to give us top notch care.
