Courtney transformed my hair! Without knowing how to ask for the cut she gave me, I ended up with hair that frames my face in a way I hadn't seen on myself before and I love it! The color work to try and hide my grey roots is on another level and I have my next appointment with her soon to get highlights. So excited! Note, I didn't walk in with a normal head of hair and she came prepared with extra color that did end up being used. Such a professional and all around cool person to be around during all the time it takes to deal with the amount of hair I have. So grateful to have found Courtney and Salon One!

If you want the most fantastic haircut, style, and salon experience, go see Courtney. She is, without a doubt, the best hairstylist I've ever been to. Unfortunately, I've had many bad experiences with hairstylists, so it makes me very nervous whenever I have to find one. Courtney did a phenomenal job listening to my hair concerns and goals and making incredible suggestions I would never have thought possible. I have some medical conditions that affect my hair. As such, I have used almost every high-end product and been to many high-end salons. Courtney was the first person actually to help me. She helped me figure out my natural hair texture and the proper cut, style(s), and products to start my journey to healthy hair. Courtney also suggested darkening my hair to bring out my features. Usually, I want to run for the hills when someone suggests dying my hair, but I decided to trust her expertise. I (truly) have never made a better decision in my life. My new style makes me incredibly confident, and my hair has never looked or felt better. The style and color have kept up beautifully, and I have never gotten so many compliments.

I have been doing my hair with Haley for more than 5 years and she is amazing, she knows her clients very well. I strongly recommend Salon one on the Mission Viejo lake view. Everyone are so friendly. Valerie
