I don't feel like I rush in explaining what's going on. Upper cervical care with the Blair technique is irreplaceable. You can't stretch your way back into alignment. “I've been to Dr.Sheets' office a handful of times & every experience was a good one! Previously I was helped by Liz, whom I don't think is still there. Liz was professional, friendly & sweet, competent & did a great job. This last visit I had Jessica. This place was recommended to me by my mom who comes here regularly & Jessica is the specialist who usually takes care of her but she let me make an appointment w her (we went at the same time) because she thought I'd appreciate her skills. Honestly maybe the best massage I've ever had! Jessica has strong hands & is very capable but the best part was SHE LISTENED! she asked me what I wanted to focus on & periodically checked on my comfortability with the amount of pressure. I like a stronger massage & focus on certain areas.
