I've been to a lot of Chiropractors in the last 14 years, and I love this place. They don't just pop your back (which I of course love), but they have you do exercises while you're there. Most give you exercises to go home and do but if it's not a habit, or if I'm not sure I'm doing it right, then I don't do it! I've been going 2x/week and doing these stretches and exercises and now I'm doing them at home every day! I'm a dancer and a dance teacher so I was so frustrated that I was in so much pain, but 1 month later and I danced/taught for 6 1/2 hours yesterday with NO pain. I recently began treatment at Gateway for soft tissue injuries as a result from a car accident that my husband and I were involved in recently. I had injuries to my shoulder, neck, back and knee. I am amazed at how much better I feel after only a few weeks treatment that at involves massage, chiropractic adjustments, muscle work, pt, neck decompression and various modalities that target my injured areas.The staff is fantastic! I’ve been coming to Gateway for almost 3 years twice a month. It’s my own decision to come that often, I want to make sure I don’t have the same back problems other family members have had. I can say with confidence that I have had little to no back pain over that time and even haven’t gotten sick more than a handful of times. I love the way my body feels and the chiropractors and physical therapists here are top notch industry leaders. I always hear about them attending conferences and teaching others.
