I have been renting a porta potty from this company for several years. They have never missed a cleaning schedule. When I changed the gate lock without informing them, the service crew made sure to call me for access the so that service proceeded as scheduled. It's also nice that they volunteered to replace the toilet unit without me asking since I've had it for over a year.
