United Garage Door came to my house yesterday and installed a new opener. They were so professional and helpful. Thank you Jose Balladares for answering all of our questions and helping us with getting the job done. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.
From my first phone call to writing this review, everything about working with United Garage Door was as smooth process. My door was a custom ordered door due to its odd size retrofitting an older building. United GDG understood my situation, responded quickly, had my door built promptly and correctly. The installers were prompt, polite and personable, did an excellent job (and I know the difference), cleaned up the work area and did a comprehensive explanation of products used and their associated warranties and did a very thorough demonstration of all products before leaving.United Garage Door & Gates gets my highest recommendation.
Problem with my lift master they responded fast. The tech was great. He was friendly and knew exactly how to fix the problem. Every thing was solved the same day I called. Can not ask for better service.
