“We met Victor when he responded (on a Sunday) to our furnace issue during the Thanksgiving weekend. He got our furnace back on that day. We greatly appreciated his responsiveness and expertise to restore our furnace operation on that cold weekend. Our confidence in Upgrade Home Services (UHS)led to our contracting them to replace our old HVAC system with a new Amana heat pump system. UHS replaced our gas furnace and AC unit on time and on schedule. Unfortunately, we had to call Victor the next day to repair a wiring issue that temporarily halted our system's operation. The good news is that Victor quickly responded to our call that day and repaired the wiring issue. Overall, we rate UHS five stars for Victor's responsiveness and expertise. The only unfavorable comment I have on UHS is their team of installation technicians are not very responsive to any questions during any phase (demo, prep, installation and test) of the installation project. Whenever I hire a contractor to work on my house, I make it a habit to understand what the contractor plans to do before they do it, so that there are no surprises and that I'm okay with any their modifications to my home. However, if you are the type of homeowner that's hand off and is comfortable to let the contractor work on your home without questions or desire to observe; this is probably not an issue for you. But if you are like me, and wants to know the details of what the contractor's plans for your home project; or may want them to answer questions prior to a major installation phase, you may want to address this with Victor prior to contracting them for any home projects.“

Even though they were slammed with request, Tony was able to squeeze me in as soon as possible which is super helpful as I have a one year old and he suffered with the heat. Tony always showed up on time as he promised and worked diligently. He explained me in details of the problem I had which was a leaked in the line and had it fixed properly. He insisted putting on shoe covers even when I was ok either way, and the house was exactly like nothing happened. TFF got me back up and running with nice cold air during the hot day which is all I could ask for. “A Plus installed the HVAC system in my home more than ten years ago. Annually, I requested a maintenance check and always had the best service. From the office staff, project manager and technicians, they have always been very professional. Unfortunately, I had a rodent problem that was destroying the duct work under my home. I called a pest control company who did an inspection. The Pest Control company took photos of the damaged duct work and estimated that I needed all the duct work replaced. This was apart from the eliminating the rodent to a total cost of over $6800. I requested an inspection on the duct work by A Plus who immediately sent Jiram, the project manager. “My heating system failed at 7 PM in a very cold weather, called Air Heating. a technician (Alberto ) came found a part needs to be changed.
Early morning next day he was by my home door replaced the part, put back the system inservice.
