I called Ricky to repair the broken door of my Kenmore Dishwasher. In no time he came to my house and replaced the broken spring of the door. He did an outstanding job, anAWESOME JOB REALLY, because for a senior citizen like me crawling and lifting such job is a burden for me. I can recommend E & J APPLIANCE REPAIR to my friends and to anybody who needs a repair job around their kitchen. Keep up the good work Ricky.
Ricky responded to my laundry washer inquiry immediately, on-site in an hour, resolved the Maytag actuator problem immediately. Thoroughly explained the root cause of the problem, his resolution, and performed a dry-run to show that it's been resolved. His fee is way more reasonable than Sear's Repair Services, who I had an appointment with, but failed to show-up. E&J Appliance Repair is a local and trustworthy appliance repair services!
Ricky is my hero! He deserves more than 5 stars, but that is all there are! He fixed our fridge quickly and made sure it worked before leaving! Got to give you the history, so you will understand where our heads were at when Ricky came to fix the fridge. We had a broken Refrigerator and a have a Home Warranty for our appliances and have to go through them for repairs. (Through Sears, and they are terrible, by the way) It took over a week for them to get anyone out to even look at it! When they did, they said they had to order the part and it would be 2 more weeks. So, at the three-week mark, another guy comes out and supposedly changed out the part, but I don't think he even checked to see if it worked, because our fridge was still broken! So, another call to the home warranty people, this time, instead of them making an appointment with yet another guy, who we had to wait for a call from to see when they were going to come, if at all, they actually gave me the name of \"E \u0026 J Appliance Repair\" and their number and told me I had to call them. So, I quickly looked them up and saw rave reviews about Ricky. I thought, I hope we get him! When I called, Ricky answered! He came out the next day or so, (his next possible appointment time). He took one look, made one call, said he would be back in less than an hour, he was going to get the part, and was leaving his tool bag here. He was back in 30 minutes with the part, he changed it out, then did some diagnostics and checked to be sure, the freezer, the fridge, and the Ice maker were working before he left. (Like a good repairman should!) Thank you, Ricky!!! I have his card and will be using him again and have already been putting the word out that this is the guy you want if you have a broken appliance! Sorry for the long review, but I wanted you to know how good Ricky is, and how I know!
