When our fridge/freezer needed to be fixed, LG assigned the repair to this company. They called me and told me they'd come Tuesday the following week. I asked if they could do any earlier and they said they'd try to fit us in Saturday. I got a call Saturday and they were able to fit us in. Friendly and fast service, I appreciate them getting us in earlier than scheduled and on a weekend.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

The compressor went out on my fridge and LG gave Prestige a work order. Hussain called at 7:30am to say he'd be at my house between 9-12. He and another man (didn't catch his name) got there around 9:30. They were friendly, kind, and patient. I have a 2.5 year old who is crazy about tools and fixing things. Not only did they let him watch, they encouraged him to help by letting him press buttons on their gadgets and turning valves on and off. He even swept behind the fridge before putting the fridge back. I would happily use them again.

We were assigned to Prestige through our home warranty after having a terrible experience with another repair company.
