“I've been using Bay Area Restoration for carpet and rug cleaning in our home for over 3 years now and I highly recommend them. Alex and his team are very courteous, professional and always on-time. Quotes are clear and pricing is consistent. They will always take time to do any spot cleaning (oil stains or pet stains) if you point it out to them. They also use a pet friendly cleaner so my dog doesn't need to be contained while it dries. We had a cleaning during the pandemic and the service is just as consistent/expected.“

“I found Tonita's Carpet cleaning about 4 years ago by asking on Nextdoor for a good and reliable carpet cleaner. I had used one of the larger companies in the past but wasn't always happy with their customer service or their prices. This is a small family owned business and his wife Maria answers the phone and schedules and also gives an estimate of the cost. I was able to get an appointment within a week which was convenient to my schedule. Carlos came on time and he was so nice! I showed him the rooms and he helped me move some of the furniture outside. Then he went about his business of cleaning three rooms, a landing and a stairway. What a wonderful job he did and his pricing is very reasonable compared to the larger companies that don't have the wonderful PR they do. I highly recommend them. They are based in San Jose but they came to Palo Alto.“
