“TDE is an AWESOME company because they are all-inclusive. I initially booked them for the bilingual emcee, but grew to appreciate how this company did everything else as well!

-Wedding planning (Jessica): 5/5 There must have been more than 200 email interactions between me and Jessica as we planned this wedding for a year. She is quick to respond and has a lot of insight since she’s done so many. She is the only contact for all TDE vendors.

-Photo (Sam/Danielle) / Video (Christina/George): 4.5/5 When you book with TDE, they assign a photo and video team immediately. I didn’t book a pre-wedding photo session with them so I didn’t get to meet or talk to them until the morning of my wedding. They were very professional and hard-working. I almost gave up on sunset photos because I was running a bit late but they convinced me to do it and I am grateful for that. Some photos were angled weirdly and it had the speakers and lights in the photos/videos. Lastly, although they never said they would, they didn’t send me any sneak peek photos or video clips. I was told the final photos and videos would take about 6-8 weeks, but with so many other friends getting sneak peek photos after 1-2 days, I was hoping they would do this. I did ask for a few photos ahead of time for my thank you cards and that only took them 3 days to deliver five photos.

-HMU (Francis and two assistants): 5/5 Francis is top-notch. I paid for all of my bridesmaids and the mothers, so it was 7 additional people but she was flexible in getting us all done on time. She also had hair pieces and jewelry that she let me borrow for the day. Her assistants aren’t as good as her, but Francis was able to fix it upon request.

-Emcee (Jackson): 5/5 We booked TDE for a Chinese/English emcee and Jackson nailed it. We met him a few weeks before the wedding. My family said he was entertaining and made some funny talking points.

-DJ (Stuart): 5/5 everyone complimented our DJ. My husband and I kept shortening our first dance song even up until 2-3 days before the wedding, and Stuart was flexible with this.

-Photobooth (Ku): 4/5 I extended to 4.5 hours to allow for the entire reception. At some point, it ran out of paper so this caused the photobooth to not work for some time. But while refilling the paper, they didn’t tell anyone that they could continue to take photos. It wasn’t until I asked when it would be back up, that they said “oh you can continue taking photos and it’ll print once the new paper is in.” But when you see people working on the system, you assume it isn’t working. I wish they let the guests know this when it went down earlier so the guests can continue with it.

- they decorated my sweetheart backdrop, ceremony backdrop, tea ceremony backdrop, seating chart mirror, and welcome table. Everything looked beautiful and I got a lot of compliments.

-Florals: 4.5/5 they did my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, cake florals, and family boutonnières. The boutonnières were harder to pin on. I also wanted anemones but they could never definitively tell me yes or no about the anemones until the week of, and I ended up not being able to get them so that was a bit disappointing. They were still pretty though.

In the end, I am glad I went with TDE. There are a few things that could have improved, but these are minor and could happen with any other vendor. I highly recommend them for any person who wants easy planning.“

Jamie is professional, crystal clear in providing instructions and quick to respond to my emails. She had no problem when I decided to change the background for our session a week out and was able to capture our little one so perfectly. Her studio is amazing, cozy and filled with a wide range of options for any type of photo session. We look forward to booking Jamie for family and baby sessions in the future. “I can't say enough good things about choosing to work with Vee for our wedding and engagement photos.

To begin, I love her style artistically. She takes clear photos, that are vibrant and don't look filtered, so I believe they'll stand the test of time and not become unreasonably dated. She does a wonderful combination of candid and posed—which was exactly what I wanted for my wedding—to capture the real moments and also get romantic shots with my husband and posed group shots. She captured every detail of the setting, our attire, those attending, didn't ask my husband and I to pose in ways that were 'not us,' and even made ordinary gift bags on a table look incredible. I couldn't be happier with the photos themselves. She also created a mini-video of our wedding day, and just like the photos, it was wonderful, personal, and sweet. I love that she provided this option and thought it was a perfect way to get both photos and video for a very affordable price.

She went above and beyond. Vee invested in us ahead of the wedding during our engagement photos, chatting with us and figuring out how we were together, so that the wedding day was more natural. And she wasn't familiar with the venue I selected, but she traveled there ahead of time to scout it out. She found the most amazing place covered in twisted vines and blue hydrangeas just outside our venue for our beauty shots, and I hadn't even thought of it. She didn't need to do any of that preparation work at all, but she did, and her investment showed.

She is also kind and never pushy. I can be a little shy, but she was easy to talk to and so very nice. She also really respected my requests and didn't try to oversell me on things I wasn't comfortable with, which wasn't always my experience when I was originally talking to a variety of different photographers in the beginning. I both like and trust her as a person, not just as a an artistic photographer, and I think that's important when you're working with someone to capture such intimate and important moments in your life.

Additionally, I found her services exceedingly reasonably affordable, especially when you consider location, quality, delivery, the packages she offers (video + photos), travel, preparation work she did, how much personal attention you get as she works with you, editing, and the kind extras she threw in for us. She was also fast. I've never known a photographer who got edited photos back to me as quickly as she did! That shocked me.

I don't know the next time I'll need photos taken again, but I plan to work with her when I do. I couldn't have made a better choice than Vee to do our Photography.“

“At first, I had suspicion of all these 5 star ratings. Yknow like those businesses that push you to rate 5 stars, even though theyre more like 3-4 stars. Like Honda Maintenance... Anyways, our first meeting with Chung was sort of a mess. Not his fault though. It was summertime- airconditioning was busted. So the studio space felt really warm, especially with all the lights. Thankfully, he was accomodating. We were all sweating in our formal wear. Take note we had layers of clothing. And we even brought more clothes to possibly change to. Chung offered these photo-shoot menthol face wipes (didnt know they existed). Overall, it felt like work. Ultimately when we received the final work, very happy that we got it done with Chung. Super memorable. Captured the moment in time. We have our photos displayed around the house. Felt homey-er.“

“Similar to other reviewers here, I'd give Nadya 6+ stars if I could. From the very beginning to the end she was super responsive, detailed, and gave such valuable tips and information. During the session she made us all feel comfortable (and with 4 little kids that's a true feat)!!! She was patient and friendly with the kids, talked to them and made them feel at ease with her. She truly captured all of our best moments, was able to get all of the pictures I asked her for and she was able to do so in record time (again, with 4 kids that's incredible). She directed us in a way that helped prompt real emotions and she was able to capture the best ones in between.My 4 year old was not in the best mood and I was worried she wouldn't get any good pictures--but she exceeded my expectations!! We started our journey together over a year and a half ago with a maternity photoshoot, which was not only was a lot of fun but she she takes the most flattering pictures!! “John does the photography every year of the Mills-Peninsula Debutante Ball every year and does an AMAZING job. It's kind of like photographing TWELVE weddings on the same day, as he has to photograph each girl her long white gown alone, then with her escorts, then with her family, then with all of the other girls, plus photos of the ceremony, the party afterwards and lots of candids. He manages to remain cool, calm and collected, despite the nervous girls, semi-hysterical moms and bored escorts. Some years it's sunny and some days there are monsoons, but John's photos are always fantastic!“
