“My now husband and I begin working with TDE early February 2023 for our wedding day on January 6, 2024. The early stages of my wedding planning experience prior to working with TDE was extremely chaotic. I would receive multiple emails a day and quite frankly, I lost track of who I was speaking with. My husband began looking for all inclusive packages and came across TDE.We had our introductory call with Otis and we were immediately drawn to the organization of the wedding planning style. SF Bay Area is extremely diverse and Otis learned about our Asian versus Westernized approach to the wedding. All staff had such a rich and thorough understanding of Chinese wedding traditions, which is extremely helpful for ABC’s in the Bay Area. For example, I told Francis many times that I want a half updo with my qipao, but she was persistent that Chinese brides have updos for the best look. I was anxious about time management, but she assured me that she will work with me so we have the best photos. I had my make up trial with her in March and she provided skin care advice for me to prepare for our big day!We also had the pleasure of working with Jackson, our MC who was able to cater towards my English and Cantonese speaking guests. Jackson was very flexible with our timeline, extremely approachable, and kept my guests entertained.We never met Jessica, but she plays such an important role in wedding planning! She is extremely prompt with email responses and thorough with all of your inquiries. She has strong communication skills within her team and keeps you on track of your wedding timeline.We did not meet our photographers and videographers until the day of. They were all extremely punctual and utilize their expertise to adapt to the environment and accessories I had available.Overall, I also appreciate that TDE staff are open to sharing their opinions. I had a circular backdrop but they advised us towards a different design when they realized there were high ceilings at my venue. TDE made wedding planning extremely smooth. I took a week off of work before my big day, but ended up going to work since it was fairly stress-free days before the event.I’m the first one my generation within my family to host a wedding reception and everybody had a wonderful time. Thank you TDE for your services, we can’t wait to recommend you to local friends and family.“

“An update after 10 years:Boris took our photo session for our 10 year anniversary. It was great to work with him, he has been very accommodating as we had some unexpected hiccups on our way to the city hall. My family took yearly photos, and the one with IQ Photo is one of the most relaxing, recharging, and fun sessions I've been to. “Vee did a great job capturing my civil ceremony at city hall. She is very punctual on day of meet up, communication-wise and delivering the photos. She gave us instruction in how to pose and where to stand to get the best shots. It was quite busy at city hall that day, but she did her best in capturing the shots I wanted. I am satisfied with all the photos I received. Vee is talented and a great photographer.“

“At first, I had suspicion of all these 5 star ratings. Yknow like those businesses that push you to rate 5 stars, even though theyre more like 3-4 stars. Like Honda Maintenance... Anyways, our first meeting with Chung was sort of a mess. Not his fault though. It was summertime- airconditioning was busted. So the studio space felt really warm, especially with all the lights. Thankfully, he was accomodating. We were all sweating in our formal wear. Take note we had layers of clothing. And we even brought more clothes to possibly change to. Chung offered these photo-shoot menthol face wipes (didnt know they existed). Overall, it felt like work. Ultimately when we received the final work, very happy that we got it done with Chung. Super memorable. Captured the moment in time. We have our photos displayed around the house. Felt homey-er.“

“Similar to other reviewers here, I'd give Nadya 6+ stars if I could. From the very beginning to the end she was super responsive, detailed, and gave such valuable tips and information. During the session she made us all feel comfortable (and with 4 little kids that's a true feat)!!! She was patient and friendly with the kids, talked to them and made them feel at ease with her. She truly captured all of our best moments, was able to get all of the pictures I asked her for and she was able to do so in record time (again, with 4 kids that's incredible). She directed us in a way that helped prompt real emotions and she was able to capture the best ones in between.My 4 year old was not in the best mood and I was worried she wouldn't get any good pictures--but she exceeded my expectations!! I would 10000% recommend Nadya for all of your photography needs!“
