“Cathy is an awesome dog groomer! She loves the dogs so much and takes such great care of them. She is amazing! My boy, the white husky with the cowboy hat in the photo, recently passed. Cathy always took great care of him in spite of the fact that he was stubborn independent and did not particularly like getting groomed. Not only did he always come out beautiful, but he was also always happy and loved Cathy. She will always be my first choice to groom any dog I have!“

“Tried this place for the first time. I have to say, I was impressed. My dog is a husky and blue heeler mix. She has been groomed before and very well mannered. However, she sheds like crazy. There were lots of positives for this visit, which I am listing below.<br><br>1. They come to you. This is so incredible with the growing gas prices! That and if your dog is anything like mine, it helps lessen the anxieties when they know they are close to home.<br><br>2. De-shedding is part of the package for her breed. For fur parents with shepherd or husky mix... this is a huge treat! Usually, we have to pay more for this service.<br><br>3. Leonardo was very courteous, respectful, and good at listening. This is so important when we are trying to get the best care for our pups.<br><br>4. Prices are SUPER! Their prices are very competitive. My dog is about 55 lbs and about 24" for reference. We paid $175 (without tip) for her, AND we got the VIP treatment. This included her bath, de-shedding, facial, teeth, ears, gland expression (I requested this), and a bandana. I always wanted a bandana for my dog.<br><br>There was only one downside, and even then, it was my error more than theirs.<br><br>The website was fairly easy to use. It's not all intuitive because I am new and wasn't sure of the difference of East Bay and whatnot. Regardless, the appointment was easily booked, and the person arrived on time.<br><br>I hope this helps other people make a decision for this business. It is really good and can definitely be beneficial for home bodies or people with disabilities, like me.“

“Reynaldo and his assistants are great. Mudpuppy over in Castro was refusing to style-cut my 17yo toy poodle, claiming it "stresses her out." Reynaldo is a dog whisperer and seems to have a great bond with dogs. He's able to do the French poodle cut with no problem, so I started coming here. The price here is also a bit cheaper than MP, which is nice. The best part about coming here? You get to hang out for a bit with a dozen other well-behaved, sweet dogs. I kind of want to ask him if it's cool that I buy coffee and hang out here to do work. You know how there's cat cafes? This place is like the dog cafe version of that!“

“This review is for Ibrahim, our favorite groomer! My shih tzu has anxiety and gets nervous around strangers and dogs so he was freaking out when I brought him in for a grooming appt. His scheduled groomer Lauren refused to accept him and while she was rescheduling, Ibrahim offered to take my boy in and asked me to come back in 2 hours. When we came back, Ibrahim approached my dog VERY gently and took his time making him relaxed. My dog became SO comfortable in like 2 mins and went quietly and happily with Ibrahim! After 1.5hrs, my dog came out to be exactly the way I wanted him to be! Ibrahim also consulted with me before and after the appt-- my ideal haircut/style, feedback on how my dog was around other dogs and his coworkers, what he did, etc. Honestly such a nice, patient, and skilled groomer. We'll be coming back here just for him!“
