Easy to get to location with very friendly staff. The prices are reasonable and appointments are done fast. We brought my poodle in for a nail trim for the first time and the groomers were very patient and friendly with her, talking to me during the appointment. Will definitely be going back here.

My first groom was outstanding. The second groom was incomplete. We had a hiccup with communication resulting in a disappointment. We immediately communicated. They were able to fix the dogs haircut my dog quickly. They even improved their feedback system.I'm happy and highly recommend them.

We take our Golden Retriever, Ginger to Groomingdales every 3 weeks. She receives the best, most professional, friendly service. She loves it there and that is a perfect vote for all to know. We have used many groomers in the Burlingame area and it is by far the best. Also, we've had many dogs over the years and I wish Groomingdales took care of all of them!
