George Arana (the owner) was easy to work with, the pricing was fair, and we found both George and his team to be quite diligent. We appreciated that they were on site every day as scheduled and worked long hours to get the project done. George in particular was very hands-on and checked in with us frequently on design details to ensure we were happy with the way the project was proceeding. “We had noticed some dry rot on the exterior of our house. Sergey responded quickly to the request for an estimate, came to investigate, identified the work to be done, and gave a very reasonable estimated price.He sent a crew quickly before several days of expected rain to do some waterproofing work on the roof to avoid further water damage. Once the rain had passed, he sent his crew back out to repair the damaged areas and repaint. The repairs look great, and the final cost was only a little above the original estimate due to some unexpected work on one of our windows.“
