Sergey responded quickly to the request for an estimate, came to investigate, identified the work to be done, and gave a very reasonable estimated price.He sent a crew quickly before several days of expected rain to do some waterproofing work on the roof to avoid further water damage. Once the rain had passed, he sent his crew back out to repair the damaged areas and repaint. The repairs look great, and the final cost was only a little above the original estimate due to some unexpected work on one of our windows.“
