“Valentine and Carlisle were both great! Install went quickly. They started at about 8:30 AM, were done by 5:30PM. They were careful to explain what they were doing as the job progressed, cleaned up completely, and even cleaned the floor and walls where the old water heater had stood. All I have to do is touch up the wall paint!
They checked every faucet to be sure the water flowed properly, and cleaned every valve that was clogged from the water system being opened up ( 80 year old galvanized water lines, so lots of crud!).
And can’t forget Roger the electrician who wired for the new heater… he was great too. Photos of completed install and of old water heater location are posted.

“We have used C&M Plumbing for several jobs on our properties. Basic plumbing, repipe work, waterheater replacement, waterline repair. Chris and his team have been very reliable and do quality work.“

“We use Bonney to maintain the heating/AC system they put in 6 years ago. This time Laquan Townsend was our technician. Bonney must have a source for technicians because we use them regularly and we've always had great people come out. Laquan told us ahead of time what he would do and asked where everything was located. He explained the tune up and check afterward and showed us all the pictures he documented. I must say it's very helpful to see the work and the instrument readings at the same time. He was a good communicator and answered all of our questions. It's nice to get a technician with good personality and sense of humor. Bonney advertises their "5 star service" and I have not been disappointed.

June13, 2024:
Our service today was performed by Andrew. I did not get his last name, he did mention he was new to Bonney but not to the industry. He was friendly, professional and knew his stuff. Told us and showed us everything he did, answered all questions. He got our sick A/C back on its feet and jumping almost within minutes. And....stuck atound to make sure the problem was solved. We've been using Bonney for years now and our technicians have always been top of the line. Yes, we have to remember sometimes the problem will take awhile to be solved.... but isn't that just like life, one cannot always blame the messenger. Bonney goes out of their way to solve the issue and I have no problem recommending this "5 star service" company!

September 3rd, 2o24:
Andrew was our technician, I didn't think any of the Andrew's pictured looked much like him. We had our A/C unit and condenser inspected, admittedly late in the season, but it needed to be done. Andrew did the job for us, took pictures and explained everything he did. He found a small problem and fixed that right away for us. He is a pleasant and knowledgeable person. I would definitely recommend him to everyone using Bonney's services. We have been using Bonney for years now and we just keep renewing our membership program because we are confident in their services and feel it's important cover our home in this manner. Technicians like Andrew are a big reason why Bonney is such a good service.“
