“I’ve been meaning to do a post about Top Knot Flooring in Walnut Creek. They are owned and operated by a wonderful man named Mike. Mike did an incredibly thorough review of the proposed job to ensure the accuracy of his detailed estimate. They recently installed luxury vinyl plank floors in about 1200 sq. ft. of our home, and they did a phenomenal job!! Mike’s crew had to replace all the underlying plywood and clean up a terrible mess left by the prior contractor who had done ceramic tile for us. Top Knot finished in a week and Mike’s team worked tirelessly and carefully. They did their best to clean up at the end of each work day and carefully helped us move all our stuff back inside. They even helped us put felt pads on the bottom of furniture that could potentially scratch the floors. We felt their work product was a great value for the money we spent and are very happy with how everything turned out. I can’t say enough good things about them!!“

“I don't even know where to begin. This is a long overdue review, but Carlos and his team at Final Touch were absolutely amazing. They were super efficient, professional, and we had a fantastic experience with them. We had an over 115 pound doggie staying with us for almost a year, and we didn't realize how damaged our hardwood floors got. We had 3 other folks take a look and they all said they couldn't fix/refinish our floors since we had engineered hardwood so it wouldn't be worth it and recommended that I should just replace our entire floors. I was 8 months pregnant so I didn't have the time to get our entire floors redone. Carlos was the only one who was willing to at least try with a small sample to see if it could be done. They did such a beautiful job, and I am so happy it all worked out! They really relieved a huge stressor for me, and our house looks brand new. The price was extremely reasonable and I recommend them 1000%. 12/10!“

Not pushy like some places and very down to earth, easy to talk to answering all our questions. :) It was so refreshing to be informed the night before what time the team would arrive for the job and they kept to it! The team, Steve, Gregory and Christian were so very pleasant, worked EXTREMELY hard and were quite meticulous with their work. We are very pleased with the flooring we chose and were referred by two different households who had their flooring installed by them. “I was referred to Bill by my neighbor a few years ago. Before the pandemic I had planned to paint my house. He was very responsive to phone calls, emails and text. He took a look at the house and we spoke about my needs. He gave me a reasonable quote back in 2019. Fast forward- life happened and of course, COVID put a halt on a lot of things. Decided to try again and asked for another quote. After much consideration, I decided to move forward with plans. The biggest decision is picking a color and that was challenging. Once they start painting, you can't turn back so be careful choosing a color lol. He knew I was having trouble deciding, so he told me about some houses that he recently painted. I checked those out and the paint jobs were nice. He works with Home Depot paint but the one I picked was from Lowes. It worked out in the end. It took a few days to get done and I am 100% satisfied with the results. I definitely recommend him.“

“Peter Ellis const. Did a fantastic job removing carpet, tack strip and wall base. Also ceramic floor tile at the entry along with to bathrooms of sheet vinyl. They sent a 3 man crew w/ a 20’ dump trailer. Work was completed with in 6 + hrs. They moved all furniture for the home owner and placed it back. Of course we did some pre cleaning of desks and small items prior to demo. The 3 young men were very polite and supported or needs making this happen.I was very happy with the final results.“
