Briana has a great setup in her garage and her workouts are tailored to your goals. I have been working out with her for almost a year now and definitely do see a positive change in my body.It’s always a fun time when I am there except when you feel sore afterwards ?Also Sophia makes the workout more enjoyable.I highly recommend signing up for a class!
What I enjoy most about training with Bri is I have never told her that she wasn't training me hard enough. Her routines are always different and continue to challenge me every time I see her! I am extremely picky and she's an absolute keeper for life. I'm thankful I'm older so she won't go away.
Briana is an exceptional trainer! She adjust her training techniques to work around injuries or joint issues. Her workouts are outstanding! I’ve worked out for years and I demand to be challenged and she has definitely challenged me. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great training program.
