“I'm really shocked to see so many negative reviews of this place. I've come here so many times, I've been here for asthma, flu, cellulitis. I have so many different issues and I've been to the ER so many times, and it's good to go to a place that is one level below the hospital just so you don't overdo it and spend 7 hours in the ER. I really liked one lady here, but I can't remember her name, she is Indian, although I really did like the whole staff here. It's not perfect, but it's good to get in and talk to somebody. I've found it very hard to figure out all my different issues with my GP in real time. I'm glad this place is here.“

“It is rare these day to have contact with truly caring medical professionals. Mihae Kim is one of those people. Her input and advice was very helpful in an extremely difficult situation. I cannot thank her enough for helping my husband and helping to guide me through everything. I also want to praise Dr. Scott Kaiser for essentially doing the same as Mihae Kim with regard to my husband's care and needs. “The service at this Kaiser is absolutely phenomenal. My appointment was at 7:40am on a Wednesday. I show up bright and early and get all checked in, and then welcomed by nurse Leslie, full of energy ready for the day. It actually felt like I started my Wednesday in the best possible way. Exactly what I needed to brighten up my day :) Dr Millay was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the labs I need. Very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Got my labs done after the appointment and everything was very smooth and easy, everyone guided me in the right direction and it was a quick and hiccup free appointment. “This place is heaven. Their chambers get so cold. I like it so much better than the cryo places that have your head pop out. My doctor recommended it after my car accident to help with the inflammation and it works! The best days to go is when it's also super hot as it helps cool you off for hours. “Thank you so much Dr. I was in pain for over a year, went to a few doctors and their option was costly surgery, but it turned out I just needed therapy and I was so much less pain on my first visit. I was unable to walk without a brace and since my first session I have not even touched those braces.
