Dr. Solomon and his nurse Mucette are awesome, with Mucette having the best customer service and being very polite. Dr. Solomon listens to all concerns and moves accordingly, running on time with his schedule, allowing for a quick in and out experience. N.P. Roda and Nurse Monica were professional, patient, kind, and efficient when evaluating and treating ear wax impaction, with N.P. Roda quickly diagnosing the problem and Nurse Monica completing the lavage tx to resolve it.
Dr.Shafa did very well with helping me address my issues. I appreciate her advice and solutions. Nurse Jamila was so kind and caring. She definitely made me feel comfortable. Both Dr.Shafa and Nurse Jamila made this experience very easy for me and listened to my concerns.
For once they called me 5 minutes warily before my appointment time, which was nice. Besides that, business as usual. I had a good amount of questions and had all of them answered. The only thing that sucks about going in for the annual physical is the long wait time for the lab.
Dr. Ferguson, in the Playa Vista is a brilliant doctor. I have found that many doctors need to stay in their own lane of knowledge. Dr. F is knowledgeable in many areas and is a wonderful teacher when informing me of next steps. She also celebrates my wins. Her heart is also as big as her heart. She is the reason that I continue to work with Kaiser.
