Dr. Shafa and Nurse Jamila are my absolute favorite. They listened to my concerns and I felt so well looked after. They’re worth the little extra of a drive to be in their care!

Dr. Solomon listens to all concerns and moves accordingly, running on time with his schedule, allowing for a quick in and out experience. N.P. Roda and Nurse Monica were professional, patient, kind, and efficient when evaluating and treating ear wax impaction, with N.P. Roda quickly diagnosing the problem and Nurse Monica completing the lavage tx to resolve it.

Shonna greeted me and escorted me to Ralph Slusher (sp?), the ultrasound tech, both of them had such great energy! I am a nurse, so I understand what it is like for patients to get a diagnostic procedure and nervous they must feel, but Ralph did an AMAZING job at making me feel relaxed and at ease. He maintain his professionalism, especially when I kept asking about “what do you see”—- he made sure to explain the protocols of his duties and scope of practice. And he did not make me feel anxious during the procedure or after. Thank Ralph for excellent in your profession!

Dr.Shafa did very well with helping me address my issues. I appreciate her advice and solutions. Nurse Jamila was so kind and caring. She definitely made me feel comfortable. Both Dr.Shafa and Nurse Jamila made this experience very easy for me and listened to my concerns.
