I called about a leaking toilet that needed to be reset with a new wax seal and the angle stop for the toilet that was frozen and needed to be replaced. They provided an estimate over the phone and agreed to come out the next day. While they were 15 minutes late, the 2 man team did the work quickly and competently. “After our kitchen sink started backing up Sunday night, we called South Bay Plumbing very early the next morning. Less than 2 hours later Matt was at our front door. Matt was able to clear the drain in about an hour and was the neatest plumber we ever had. He brought up a heavy movers blanket to protect the kitchen floor, a bucket large enough to put the P-trap in (without spilling any water that was in it) and clean cloths, which he later used to wipe off the mechanical snake, as he withdrew it from the drain, so it wouldn't create a mess under the sink area. After Matt replaced the P-trap, he wiped it (and all the area under the sink) off, so it was as clean as when he started. We were extremely pleased with South Bay Plumbing's quick response and Matt's efficient and courteous service.“
