“Roxanne is the best instructor!!! A friend of mine introduced me to her studio which is very clean and aesthetic. I contacted her and she kindly gave me discounts for the first private session. I’ve tried 2 different instructors before her, but I can’t emphasize enough that she is the best! She is soft and gentle outside but really intense when it comes to training. She can point out where your weaknesses are and construct curriculum around it. I really appreciate her for pushing me and giving me precise instructions. “I've been coming here for a few months now and I love it so much. This studio has dramatically changed my body composition, what I see in the mirror, and how I see my body in my minds eye. When I first started my form was heinous, and I could only do about half the class - if that. Now I go 4 times a week and I look forward to it every single time. I can do almost all of the class, and my balance and body awareness has improved so significantly. I thought I would never be able to balance on the machines due to a vision disorder, but Kaci helped me identify where I could improve my posture/build muscle to correct my balance... and it worked like magic. I LOVE Wendy's classes and religiously go just to see her. She's tough but also fun. She also hosts sounds baths a few times a month there! But all the teachers are great. Class size is small so you get the proper attention you deserve!“

“Carlos, the owner, is kind and friendly as can be. The studio has a comfortable, healing, family atmosphere. Carlos arranged with me to work with Ashley on severe and chronic back pain. Ashley is just wonderful. Very inquisitive about how your body and spirit are feeling, and very nurturing in response (unless you want to go hardcore, she can push hard, too, it's just not what I needed at first!). She's great about explaining movements you don't get and cueing the activation of muscles you do need and the release of the ones you don't. Plus she's just all around sunshine! Core. “My biggest regret moving from Venice was giving up working out with Bevin at Studio U. This studio is incredible, the perfect size, clean, welcoming, and it's owner, Bevin, is competent, badass, kind and overall just good people. She made an existing passion of mine, boxing, even more fun and challenging in the right way. I did both group classes and 1-1 sessions and it never disappointed. Even group classes that can sometimes be bleak at other spots were fun and engaging, partially because Bevin builds a community. I never tried the Pilates section, but I only hear great things about it. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a stellar local workout spot with wonderful people to brighten up your existence.“
