“Dave saved me from the HEAT WAVE! How many of you put up with 'just making due with what you've got'? I was having some icing problems with my AC. I let it go for 6 weeks of this very hot summer, using ceiling fans and some small portable ones to try and keep from melting, before I finally saw sense and gave Dave a call. He was prompt, kind, and effective. Turns out, he'd never seen a coil so badly clogged with mostly pet hair. You see, although I intended to change my filters every two months, and had a case of filters in the garage, I never scheduled it, consequently it was a year that had gone by without a single filter change. I learned a lesson about worthiness that day, realizing that I was putting up with a broken down AC and feeling like it was okay, I could get by. On a recent service call for another matte, Mitch noticed that one of the hvac units that he installed a couple years ago was too loud. The noise had always bothered me but I didn't realize it was malfunctioning.
