Saw ad on IG, so signed up to see the price quote for HVAC system. I was a bit skeptical thinking it was one of those bait and switch pricing schemes.. But, that wasn't the case as Tania was great as she texted me and apologized she wasn't able to take my first call. Tania was super nice and made me want to go ahead and set up appointment for same week. Jose came out for appt and he called me hour before to let me know his ETA.. Reached out about 10pm after my AC unit stopped blowing cold air. They responded immediately and sent a tech out the next day! Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable. The value was even better. Would do business again without question!
Alex and his team are amazing! Very professional, gave us a great discount and yet still went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He gave us honest advice and direction, a thorough explanation of all work to be completed and followed through from A to Z. He even stopped by when his team was on site to make sure everything was going smooth and as planned! New AC unit is running great and much quieter than our old one! Five star team for sure!!!
