I’m so glad that I’ve found this place! It’s conveniently located, efficient and only requires a commitment of once a week. The additional therapies/machines I think have really supported my lower back pain even from the first session I felt better. The staff are thorough, knowledgeable and really nice. Highly recommend
I was recommended to try Osteostrong by a family friend after I had broken my foot and lost significant bone density from not walking on it for over a year. Wasn’t too sure if it would be something that I could even do as I was still dealing with a lot of foot pain which is why I could barely walk more than 20 min anyways, plus my balance was also now atrocious. However, after one session it was clear that not only could I do the exercises but that none of them caused me more pain. 4 months later and I had much better balance and my doc said my bone density in my foot was improving!! After 8 months of osteostrong I was able to stop taking the done density meds I was prescribed and my doctor even asked what I had been doing since the increase in density was so much better! Aug 2020 I had to have a 2nd surgery on my foot and again from lack of walking began to lose bone density. However, once I started Osteostrong again my doctor saw significant improvement and didn’t even recommend meds this time. Osteostrong has been a great safe way to keep my done density where it needs to be without causing pain. This place is a life saver!
If you have been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis, this is the place to go to reverse it. Great and knowledgeable team. I look forward to going especially when I see progress.
