Kat is a lifesaver! After six months of not being able to move my neck without pain due to bad posture during Covid and two months of physical therapy I went to see Kat. After three sessions my pain was gone! She also gave me exercises to help keep it away. Highly recommend!!!

Kat is an amazing massage therapist! I've had a lot of massages with a lot of different therapists, but I truly think Kat is the best I've ever worked with. She is super knowledgeable, thorough, and makes you feel really comfortable. My body felt 100% better after this massage!!

I've been going to Kat for the last two years - much needed during these crazy times! Kat's an amazing practitioner with an in-depth understanding of muscle and joint mechanics to ease tension and improve blood flow. She has an innate ability that helps promote relaxation and relieve stress. Kat guides you through the process of breathing and getting to a place of comfort. Kat uses many different techniques and takes a whole body approach. She's flexible and accommodating to your needs - e.g the pressure and stretch. Each time Kat works on me, I feel more relaxed and at peace. Incredible doesn't even begin to describe Kat's abilities. She works wonders!
