Unfortunately, Los Gatos is a bit far from where I live, and the San Mateo location is closer. I reached out to Allie, because she has put me on a skin regimen plan in the past, in a previous office. She graciously answered all my questions and gave me another full regimen to address my skin needs and concerns. “Dr Roy, hands down, is the best at what he does. I trust him whole heartedly and wouldn’t let anyone else touch my face. He genuinely cares about his patients and how they are feeling. I had concerns during my post op healing. I sent Dr. Roy a text. He responded later that day and put my mind at ease. I later learned he was on vacation with his family when I had texted him. Dr. Roy could have waited to reply or passed me off to one of his great assistants, but he took time away from his family to reply himself. I had procedures done in September 2023. I really didn’t experience much pain because Dr. Roy and his assistants know what they’re doing and have steps in place to minimize the pain. But, if I’m being honest, I took longer than most to heal. I didn’t have the results that I had hoped for at 30 days post op and not even at 3 months. I wore glasses to hide my results and I was beginning to second guess my decision to have surgery. I was so disappointed that I didn’t look like all those before and after pictures that he posts on social media. All the while, through my negativity and disappointment, Dr. Roy put up with me. I even started to cry in his office at one of my checkups. He was just so supportive and he kept assuring me that I needed to be patient and that he wasn’t going anywhere. He wanted me to be happy. I wish I could go back to tell myself to be patient and not waste so much energy on worrying so much. I’m happy to say, I’m at exactly 5 months and a week post op and my results are amazing! I don’t look tired anymore. My muscles are still healing, but I’m excited. The best part is that no one outside of my immediate circle has any clue that I had anything done. I look like me, but a younger version of me. Would I do it again and entrust Dr. Roy? In a heartbeat, absolutely 100%!“

“My experience at Sev has always been wonderful. I have been coming here since 2023.I have had great nurses except for One. I had Bella one time and the experience was not pleasant. She rushed the treatment areas and was not friendly. She skipped a lot of treatment area as well. She had no knowledge of the hair cycle or anything. I had a couple of questions and she had no answer. I’m not sure why she was working there as she had minimal to no experience. I have always had a good experience here except for this time.
