My experience at Sev has always been wonderful. I have been coming here since 2023.I have had great nurses except for One. I had Bella one time and the experience was not pleasant. She rushed the treatment areas and was not friendly. She skipped a lot of treatment area as well. She had no knowledge of the hair cycle or anything. I had a couple of questions and she had no answer. I’m not sure why she was working there as she had minimal to no experience. I have always had a good experience here except for this time. I hope you look into this.Service: Laser hair removal

For a procedure that can be embarrassing and/or uncomfortable… I actually look forward to going! Staff is amazing! Very professional but with the warmth of making, you feel you’ve known them for years! I will refer this place over and over again, along with any future procedure's they offer that I may want or need!

The staff here is AMAZING! They make me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Today’s nurse, Katelyn, answered all of my questions and explained how things work which was super helpful. 10/10 recommend!
